This new rewritten petition is to pursuit pulic international investigations to unveil and disarm U.S from its current space-based mind control technology and other most current sophisticated space-based weaponries already employed into space and in daily activities, and others being in developments. The U.S. government has in hands in-active-space-based weapon systems with capable of attacking information and psychological security which can destroy information system and influence individuals to large populations in real time multiple targets factor. The U.S. government is the current most secret threat to national security of other countries in this sphere for the reason of top secret-already-space-weaponization-and-deployment and in daily actions. Secret methods of information-psychological influence can not only harm a person's health, but also lead to "the loss of people's freedom on the unconscious level, the loss of capability of political, cultural and other self-identification, manipulations with social consciousness" and even "the destruction of a common informational and spiritual integrity of other countries. These attack methods named "spychotropic weapons, or psychical weapons" are so destructive secretly. Selective list of its effects can be blinding targeted ones, disorientating ones, causing nausea and diarrhea, influencing hostile and influencing populations to risen rebellions - everything is possible in this sphere. In reality, for recent years since 2003, they did have and current own capables of remotely collect intel, steal secrets, steal decissions, influence populations, influence ones to rise in rebellions, steal personal privacy from unsuspected peoples using its most sophisticated mind control technology weaponry equipped satellites controlled from U.S ground base teams.

In reality, the United States is, for all practical purposes, a military and intel police state. This reality is hidden behind a facade of representative government and media psyops and lies. The evil empire had an evil twin. Citizens can be selected at random for horrible experiments and abuses. He has been a victimized one of U.S. Government's mind control weapon attacks. That guy had American name "Kevin Kieu", an U.S citizenship, came from China. He is about 40 years old, round face, short hair style, dark brown skin; he is living in the U.S. He is very good at English, Chinese and Vietnamese languages. He was in Can-Tho province of Southern Vietnam before he oversea left Vietnam for the U.S. While he was in the immidiate camp prior to coming to the U.S, he was recruited and trained to be an informant guy for U.S Government's Secret Services on Intelligence Collect.
[2]. One of their U.S ground teams has been intercepted consists of 4 service men and 2 women; one of them can speak Chinese well; another one can speak Vietnamese well; of course all speak English. They all are so much cruel, cowardly, lying, mocking craps, conspiracies and dirty acts at level not seen in normal daily life. All their acts are to abuse and torture remotely victims in physical and mental ways. Why they are doing that to victimized? Surveillance Crimes With Satellites

The First phase is the harassment/surveillance program.

They use Echelon, Tempest, microchips, implants, see through wall radar, obtain informants, neighbors, and co-conspirators to harass, discredit, and harm an individual. Victims loose their families, jobs, homes, and cars. Ultimate goal to destroy a persons life which will isolate them from family, friends. The isolation is needed to have access to the person to conduct many of the experiments on them.

The second phase is the assaults of Directed Energy Weapons.

After a victim becomes isolated from everyone in the world. The victim now having feelings of regret, remorse, of loss, trauma, and are drained and broken emotionally and physically. During this time many have been implanted with microchips. Many begin experiencing extreme pain to their head. Some hear voices. Then pain is delivered to various other parts of their bodies. The pain is delivered by Directed Energy Weapons.

Some of the weapons were known as non-lethal weapons. They use such weapons as extremely low frequency Elf electromagnetic weapons (which has been used in mind control), acoustics, harmonics (which have been used as a mind control technique), ultrasound, microwave audiograms, microwave pulsed, and radio frequency. Another electromagnetic energy beam can be used to induce “considerable agitation and muscular activity” or “induce muscular weakness and lethargy” this weapon is know as Ultra High Frequency EM. Psychological warfare tactics are being used against unsuspecting citizens to destroy their jobs, their families and their lives. The perpetrators will stop at nothing. Their objective is to utterly destroy a person, very often resulting in a person taking his or her own life, or ending up in a mental hospital. This has been taking place for years and nothing is ever said about it. Nothing is ever written about it. Some people also experience electronic harassment. This is extremely distressing, painful and invasive, and feels like one’s mind and body is undergoing constant rape, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The technology used to do this is unknown, but hundreds of victims report the same physical sensations and experiences. Many take their lives in an attempt to escape the horror. The technology involves the use of electromagnetic waves of various frequencies to achieve different results. Some frequencies will make a person tired, while others may cause confusion or memory loss. “Electronic harassment” or e-harassment is a catch-all term used to describe a group of circumstances which a large number of people are currently experiencing in common.

Conscious altering methods (U.S. Pat # 5289438, 22/2/94, J. Gall): allowing targets to be put to sleep, made angry, happy etc.

It’s possible to transmit messages/noise to and from the human brain without the need for either hearing or speech.  This facilitates interrogation, deception, manipulation as well as emotional and psychological violence in the form of mental rape, torture and slavery.  The available weapons also allow mood management and brainwashing techniques to be employed from a great distance (via satellite) from military/agency facilities.

3. DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS
There are numerous laser-facilitated devices (amongst others), which allow various offences to be committed in a remote manner… “Star Wars” satellites and more are already in place.

People can be tortured, assaulted, raped, heart attacks, cancers and radiation burns can be caused.  In fact all manner of pain, assaults and injury up to and including death can be caused by these weapons.

COMMENTARY
This is frightening stuff but it’s not going to go away if we hide from it anymore than the Nazi threat would have.  In fact many of the victims of these technologies are referring to the use of these inhuman methods as “The silent holocaust”; today, a covert culling/silencing of citizens who offend/oppose powerful criminals.  The guilty are syndicate criminals and spies working for the CIA, DIA, MI6, MOSSAD etc.

As further testament to man’s inhumanity to man certain illegal, involuntary human experiments are also being conducted using these technologies.  Studies in how to remotely silence or manipulate people/events are, in fact, at the heart of all of this.  Originally the targets chosen were institutionalised/defenceless people in jails, asylums and nursing homes.  However, today political, ideological and business opponents across the wider worldwide community have been included in far-reaching programs designed to research social/mind influencing methodologies and silence opponents of organised crime.  Many good people have been destroyed or killed by those responsible.  The programs have been called “satellite detention/torture programs”, “electronic POW camps”, “mental slavery” and worse by those campaigning against them.

To fully comprehend the scale of these worldwide programs you’ll need to understand that computers with the ability to process well over 300 trillion calculations per second EACH are being used.  As our human minds can only manage about 5000 calculations per second, each of these computers can process more information than ten times the world’s population so they can easily keep tabs on all of us… but we’re not the ones with something to hide.

Now all of this is, of course, unacceptable and totally indefensible.  If it wasn’t it would be done openly and not in secret.  Those involved clearly belong in prison along with those that cover for them.  However, pending that, something is being done, albeit in a theoretical and non publicised fashion…  It will also help if you understand what has happened (so far) to combat the evil practices in question.

BACKGROUND:
Over the last decade or so I have been researching available information on advanced satellite technologies.  Despite the fact that secrecy orders hide much of it from public scrutiny (supposedly as a matter of genuine National Security) it has become clear that some of these technologies are being accessed illegally by corrupt elements within government agencies (primarily in the U.S.A., UK and Israel).  Further, access is also being granted to the criminal associates of those responsible, including many wealthy Australians.  These sad facts have been confirmed for me by scientists, researchers, spies, journalists, MPs aides and Federal Police.  There are many who know about this but few are willing to act on that knowledge; due to fear, apathy or complicity.  This is fast becoming the Western Worlds equivalent of political imprisonment.

Whilst gathering the relevant information, I have also been fielding literally thousands of pleas for help from victims of the technologies in question; people who have either seen my website (www.surveillanceissues.com) or read my published articles.  On their behalf and on behalf of the countless other victims worldwide (both now and in the future) I am morally obliged to impress upon you the grave importance of these matters and ask for your help. This I do in the hope that you will react with courage, compassion and conviction.  These are matters of basic decency and humanity.  To ignore them would be to abandon the citizenry to the whims of powerful/dangerous criminals who hide behind corruptible authorities.

The major problem is the failure of our laws (both national and international) to keep pace with modern (esp. secret) technology. This neglect has allowed everything we value (including democracy itself) to be placed under real and immediate threat.  The available “secret” technologies could easily be applied to prevent terrorism, war and so on but they are instead being used to wage war on the truth by suppressing basic freedoms which we all take for granted e.g. freedom of speech, freedom of thought, freedom of religious expression and so on as well as the right to personal privacy.  To right the evident imbalance the human rights abuses in question must be stopped as a matter of utmost urgency and major social significance.

Please observe that the concerns about to be detailed are no less important than issues such as gun control, drug abuse, poverty, slavery, terrorism and war itself. In fact, here we have issues that can effectively determine if and how all other issues are dealt with.  This makes these matters crucially important.  I therefore ask you to consider what follows very seriously.  

 

Satellite Space Crime

When Satellites Go Rogue: On the Origins of Space Crime

In early April 2010, for the first time in history, an American geostationary satellite has gone  “rogue.”  The satellite, known as the Galaxy 15, is no longer responding to command and control communications from its legitimate owner, the Intelsat corporation.  Moreover, the satellite has left its assigned duty location and is now drifting uncontrolled through space.  While mis-orbiting and crashed satellites are not a new phenomenon, they usually cease functioning and stop transmitting when leaving orbit and hurtling towards earth.

What makes the Galaxy 15 case so unique, is that the satellite’s systems are fully functioning, with its telecommunications payload (the equipment that relays customer’s transmissions around the globe) fully “powered-on.” Despite 150,000-200,000 attempts to reboot system’s software, the satellite is refusing to accept commands from Earth.  The primary threat in this case is not from the satellite crashing directly into another satellite, but instead interfering with other global satellite signals.

In an ironic twist, the Galaxy 15 carries the signal for the SyFy science fiction television channel. As the satellite drifts closer and closer to other geostationary satellites, it may well “steal” their signals, disrupt their operations and prevent legitimate signal transmission to Earth.  In fact, between May 23 and June 7, 2010,  Galaxy 15 is projected to pass within half a degree of the AMC-11 satellite, which is operated by SES World Skies. As the two satellites pass close to each other, particularly during closest approach on 31 May and 1 June, signals from Galaxy 15′s still-active transponders could interfere with signals being broadcast by AMC-11.  While SES will attempt to maneuver the AMC-11 satellite to avoid interference, the likely result may be the theft of second satellite’s signal by the rogue Galaxy 15, preventing television viewers in Luxembourg from receiving their satellite signals.

So what’s next for the 1,892-kilogram Galaxy 15 “zombiesat?”  It will continue to travel out of orbit 36,000 kilometers over the equator.  Whether scientists will be able to regain control of the device is unknown.  In the meantime, the SES corporation is attempting to maneuver its AMC-11 out of the Galaxy 15′s path to avoid the possibility of interference.  NASA too is monitoring the situation, (see NASA’s tracking map of satellites orbiting Earth here).

Importantly, in addition to its satellite television duties, the Galax 15 also plays a role in supporting global positioning for air travel.  The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is leasing an L-band payload on Galaxy 15 to guide aircraft as part of a satellite-based navigation service that uses the U.S. GPS satellites in mediumPRIVATE track:<t-1.000> PRIVATE track:<t-3.000> Earth orbit.  Intelsat is coordinating Galaxy 15 testing with the FAA as part of the FAA’s Geostationary Communications and Control Segment (GCCS) program that provides ground stations and broadcast services that, by using signals on the geostationary-orbit satellites, improve the accuracy of GPS signals for global aviation.

So where is the crime nexus?

First, let’s be clear–there is no evidence to prove there is any criminal activity associated with the Galaxy 15′s problems.  That said, we also do not know with certainty what happened to the satellite.  While many scientists are attributing the malfunction to a “possible solar flare,” there is no definitive proof that it was a solar flare that caused the resulting space havoc.  Could have been the result of a hacking?  Perhaps. Who knows?  How does one perform a computer forensics examination in space to definitely determine the cause?

While the supposition is somewhat tongue-in-cheek, the underlying concerns are legitimate.  As demonstrated elsewhere, criminals and terrorists were capable of hacking into highly sophisticated unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) utilized by the United States military in Iraq.  Presumably these devices would have been protected by sophisticated encryption technologies and impervious to hacker attack,  yet insurgents were able to compromise the system using a $26 satellite piracy program known as skygrabber.  Why then would it be unfeasible for hackers or terrorists to do the same with geo-orbital satellites circling our planet?

What could criminals or terrorists do with a satellite were they control it?  In short, a lot.  Theoretically the satellites could be guided to crash back towards earth.  They could also be maneouvered to collide with any number of other satellites, including military and national defense systems.  What protection, if any, do satellites have from such attacks?  Are satellites capable of self-defense?  That answer is not clear, but defense systems may be quite limited given that the people that launch and build satellites don’t think like criminals.  Just as the scientists that built the UAV’s whose video systems were compromised did not ever consider the possibility that terrorist insurgents would be sophisticated enough to hack into their systems, so too is it highly unlikely that satellite manufacturers are prepared for a similar criminal hack attack.

As more and more satellites travel into space, launched by dozens and dozens of new and emerging companies, what steps, if any, are being taken to protect these devices from criminal hacking activities?  The fact is, now is the time to consider these issues, before a confirmed criminal hacking does indeed take place.  Just as manufacturers of computers and microprocessors never envisioned phishing attacks or botnets, so too may satellite manufacturers be blind to the potential security threats enabled through the widespread use of their technologies.  Unless some level of public scrutiny is dedicated to these issues now, we may be at the precipice of the first generation of space-related crimes.

 

Race In America

I lived all over New York State and only twice did a Black person commit a crime on me.  It was hundreds of white people who always committed crimes against me.  I am a white woman and I have never gotten any justice in New York State.  New York white people (if you can call them people) have even gone as far as to stalk me to the South with a Satellite Crime on me since 1991.  So you blacks don't have to look up to white people.  Some of them are just as scummy as any other race.  You get yourselves together with your own people. Look at all the great black people there are, Wendell Golier, Dr Ben Carson, Flip Wilson, Stevie Wonder, Star Parker, Charles Payne on FOX News, etc.  They did a lot with their lives.  You can do it too.
 Whites, especially in New York State are trash.  I don't think it's a matter of racist.  I think it's a matter of depraved minded people with ugly hearts.
The Black race has the same problems that the white race has and every other race in America.  The breakdown of the family unit, kids are lazy. They won't take certain jobs because they think they are beneath them.  There are no morals anymore.  Kids lay with anything.  Taking God out of America.  Jesus has always been my hero.  No one has respect for each other anymore either.  That goes for no respect for other peoples property.  Crime is ramped in America.  Kids think they know it all.  They don't want to get an education.  And there are probably more problems than that.
Another thing, when I was 6 years old I had my own business.  I sold santa claus stamps for 5 cents a piece to all the kids.  The kids today just don't have what it takes.  Imagine, these kids today are going to run the world some day and they're idiots.
Don't lower yourselves like the depraved minded idiots.  Rise to an intelligent standard.

The Kids of the South

I have yet to meet a teen in the South that wasn't kind.  They don't curse at adults like the New Yorkers do.  The are a pleasure to be around.  They are great conversationalist too.  They are always  polite and willing to help people.  There is no comparison to them.  I just love to be around them.
Another thing about the kids of the South, they smell so good, really fresh & clean.

A Good Man

Edward Joseph Snowden (born June 21, 1983)^[1] is an American former technical contractor for the United States National Security Agency (NSA) and a former employee of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) who leaked details of several top-secret U.S. and British government mass surveillance programs to the press.^[6][7]

Snowden leaked the information, primarily to Glenn Greenwald of London's The Guardian, in spring 2013 while employed as an "infrastructure analyst" at NSA contractor Booz Allen Hamilton. The Guardian in turn published a series of exposés in June–July 2013 and revealed programs such as the interception of US and European telephone metadata and the PRISM and Tempora Internet surveillance programs. Snowden's leaks are said to rank among the most significant breaches in United States history.^[8][9]

Snowden's leaks have been a subject of great controversy. Some have called Snowden a hero and a whistleblower, while others have called him a traitor. Snowden has defended his leaks as an effort "to inform the public as to that which is done in their name and that which is done against them".^[7][10][11] Government officials have condemned his actions as having harmed U.S. interests and its position in the War on Terror. Meanwhile, the media disclosures have fueled debates in the United States and elsewhere over mass surveillance, government secrecy, and the balance between national security and information privacy in the Post-9/11 era.

On June 14, 2013, U.S. federal prosecutors charged Snowden with espionage and theft of government property.^[12]

Neurophones, brain scanners and brain wave vocabulary software, directed energy and E-M weapons are amongst these as are technologies to affect the weather, cause earthquakes etc etc. Undemocratically, and to protect powerful criminals from scrutiny,various other Secrecy, National Security and Defamation legislation has been enhanced in recent years.

The US Patriot Act, for example, protects governments and connected criminals from criticism and/or detection and prosecution. Under this act anyone whistleblowing or fighting the system on a major concern is arbitrarily deemed to be unpatriotic (when it's the criminals they criticise who betray us). They can then be listed (by a senior politician or at the request, through them, of a connected criminal) as a security risk and harassed covertly; using secret technologies. In fact a Dep't Of Defense Directive, Directive 5240 1-R, 1994, gives open permission for those under surveillance to be used for remote experimentation. It's no coincidence that this particularly undemocratic and evil move was followed in 1996 by a significant increase in the number of satellites deployed for the purpose of civilian surveillance and harassment. Over 20,000 satellites currently target and silence countless people worldwide (est. 500,000 plus) as a result of such bad laws. The victims are not openly confronted as that would remove any feigned excuses and leave the perpetrators open to all manner of accusation. Instead the methods used are covert; employing high tech' to remotely torment and deceive victims without leaving evidence. Often targets are tricked into believing they are having psychic, medical, psychiatric, religious or even alien experiences (which they are not). This leaves them discredited as they vainly seek help from ignorant or complicit authorities (police, MPs, doctors, media etc). This leaves them neutralised and possibly even silenced on the issue they originally raised. This, along with various research aspects, is the purpose of the exercise.

The situation is getting worse not better with more and more secretive, undemocratic legislation being sneaked past the unwary public all the time. State treachery and terrorism are behind it yet it is all hidden under the guise of "the war on terror". For example, the US gov't just passed the National Defense Authorisation Act, 2012, giving the President (and others) the power to target and silence anyone questioning State corruption. When this is done openly in other countries the US is the first to condemn such evil yet when they are guilty of the same they do it in secret and no-one dares to criticise lest they join the ranks of those they persecute. So much for gov't of the people, for the people and by the people. The criminals who do such things abuse their authority, betray our trust and secretly mock the democratic ideals they publicly support. They don't serve us, they simply help themselves and their criminal associates. By using stealth they can feign ignorance and hide their true nature from most.

Eg. In the USA over 300,000 NSL's (National Security Letters) have already been issued. These allow the agency targeting of innocent civilians whose objections to corruption / crime in high places have been deliberately skewed or misinterpreted as a threat to powerful people. Once placed in a program people can be abused and experimented on, from a distance (using satellites / high tech'). This effectively silences and discredits them while providing agency researchers with guinea pigs for experiments in control, brain function, dreams, health, robotics and much more. Post 9/11, $750 billion per year has been spent on satellite weapons used for human experimentation / targeting. Most of this has found it's way from gov't coffers to about 80 defense contractors who are also culpable for the crimes against humanity that are addressed on this site.

There is a circular / Catch 22 type problem in that governments use "classified" covers to hide criminal activity (esp. if it is an unconstitutional act) but targets can't prove any of that BECAUSE it has been classified.... Eg. NSA Whistleblower William Binney in an interview (see www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuET0kpHoyM) points out that Executive Order 13526 section 1.7 (covering classified status allocation) specifically says that **"You cannot classify information merely to cover up a crime"**. Even if devices or procedures are classified this also applies to them and information on them when they are being used for criminal purposes. So, in theory, by misusing devices, abusing authority and so on the administration not only commits crimes but should open up the information relating to that for public scrutiny...(Government of, by and for the people). Now Presidents Obama and Bush both signed this executive order 13526 so if any of these hidden crimes was to be presented to the US Supreme Court then any current US leader could be impeached as having breached their oath of office...which includes upholding the constitution. The ECHELON spying system, neurophone harassment, remote neural monitoring, the use of directed energy weapons and more are all clearly crimes against the people and humanity in general and so by classifying the devices the government and it's leaders are breaching the constitution as well. As with any crime the break in the loop between the acts, investigation, trial and incarceration is the lack of proof. "Classifying" information and calling it a matter of National Security negates the need for the criminals involved to even create excuses for their conduct. The ability of government to classify crime is what must be fought.

Also, the US military is supposed to be prohibited by law from targeting US citizens with PSYOPS within US borders under Executive Order S-1233, DOD directive S-3321.1 and National Security Directive 130. Of course there's no-one to police that especially since Psyops, by their very nature, are difficult to prove. This is particularly so where the secret weapons discussed on this web site are employed. Also nothing stops agencies, US or allied, from doing that dirty work and hiding it under the National Security carpet. Through this site the author seeks to provide a community service; to inform the general public and encourage forthright but peaceful protest against the corporate/military/government crimes outlined herein.

I should also add that whilst the topic of violence (as a sad reality) was addressed in my fictional novel, "In the year 2252", at no stage and in no way was it my intention to encourage violent responses to the real life criminal conduct of  corrupt members of corporate/government/military organisations. Passive resistance to oppression is the only acceptable method ... but resist we must.

Another Miracle of God

A little over 2 years ago New Yorker forced me to have Seizures.  I had them for hours.  My husband came home and found me laying on the floor in seizures.  He got an ambulance to take me to the hospital.  I was in intensive care for four days.  I was worried about loosing my drivers license.  The doctors saw now need to stop me from driving.  I had no long term or short term affects from them.  It is all a miracle how Almighty God pulled me thru it.  The doctors said it would never happen again and it never did.  One thing I will have to take medicine for the rest of my life because of New Yorkers.  Praise God for all the strength He has given me.

Miracles With God

People don't think it's crazy when people talk to God.  So why would anyone think it crazy or weird for God to talk to people.
Twenty three years ago God spoke to me.  He said get to the South and live, I have a house there for you.  He said I was in great danger.  I obeyed God and I have a beautiful little house, many good friends and many blessing.  I took a leap of faith and did what God said.  I have never regretted it.  I was able to complete my education in theology and much more.
God has a way of getting thru to his true people.  I just love the South.  It is elegant, classic, warm people, sophisticated, etc.
