i finally realized that the gov't has 2 obligations. it is law, law, law, that they must pay the interest on their stupid debt and they must pay out social security. you old people don't let them scare you that you're not going to get a check. it is the law, they must pay it second in line. that's why everyone complains about social security checks. they don't want to pay it. but, they must pay it.
of course unless the whole country goes belly up. they don't have to pay out welfare if they don't want to, it's not on the priority list. so senior citizens don't take their threats serious. they must pay it.
What a shame, the big government has lowered their selves to threatening old, blind and disabled people.
