There is a big difference in someone going to see a psychiatrist because of some tragedy that has happened to them in their life and a dangerous deranged person. However the metical world lumps them all in together. It is quite unfortunate and terrible.
Deranged people hurt themselves and others. From what I have seen from the psychiatrist they really aren't skilled to detect a deranged person, take the Fort Hood case for 2 examples. I don't know the answer but this will always happen with deranged people. They cause all kinds of havoc for decent people.
I've know many deranged people in New York of all ages. A 6 year old boy bit the nipple off of his little sisters chest. He grew up and went to prison for many charges. An 18 year old boy tried drown a 5 year old girl for no reason. Him and his brother went to prison for many rapes. Another guy Michael, was deranged all his life, waving knives in peoples faces. He was finally killed at 35 years old. Another guy Raymond was a problem since he was 5 years old. He grew up to be a drunk and druggie. And the list goes on.
I feel bad for all the victims.
