Newburg, New York the Murder Capitol

One morning earlier this month, just before sunrise, a silent convoy of SUVs streamed into the tiny, troubled city of Newburgh, New York. Over 200 law-­enforcement officers descended on the blighted heart of town, and a company of military-style commandos prepared for a synchronized raid. Armed with M4 assault rifles and dressed in helmets, goggles, and green fatigues, SWAT teams burst into a series of dilapidated houses, shouting, “FBI! Get down!”

By late morning, twelve alleged members of the Bloods street gang were in ­federal custody. Along with eight others who were already behind bars, the young men were charged with murder, attempted murder, robbery, ­assault, possession of firearms, and conspiracy to distribute drugs. It was the third major sweep by federal authorities in ­Newburgh over the past sixteen months. At a press conference, Preet Bharara, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, said that the raid was designed to ­“restore the rule of law” in the impoverished city, where violent street gangs “have held the good citizens of Newburgh ­hostage for too long.”


Beautifully situated on a picturesque bend in the Hudson about a 90 minutes’ drive north of New York City, Newburgh does not look, from a distance, like a community mired in High Noon levels of lawlessness. But in actuality, it has less in common with bohemian Beacon, just across the river (“Williamsburg on the Hudson,” as the Times recently anointed it), than it does with, say, West Baltimore. Despite its small size and bucolic setting, Newburgh occupies one of the most dangerous four-mile stretches in the northeastern United States. “There are reports of shootouts in the town streets, strings of robberies, and gang assaults with machetes,” an alarmed Chuck Schumer said in a Senate hearing last year, describing the situation in Newburgh as “shocking.” With a higher rate of violent crime per capita than the South Bronx or Brownsville, little Newburgh, population 29,000, is the murder capital of New York State.


For two decades, American inner-city crime has been dropping. Major urban centers from Boston to Los Angeles have seen murder rates plunge, and the most dramatic transformation of all has unfolded in New York, which in recent years, in the improbable but accurate boast of Mayor Bloomberg, has become “the safest big city in the country.” Across the country, violent crime has fallen to a 31-year low, despite the economic crisis, upending the bedrock sociological correlation between tough times and higher crime.


But if our major metropolises are so safe today, how do we account for the fact that Newburgh, whose residents could comfortably transplant into any small pocket of Manhattan (and probably would, given half the chance), is struggling to cope with a deadly gang war, open-air drug markets, and citizens who are justifiably afraid to walk the streets—the very “big city” problems, in other words, that our actual big cities appear to have licked?


Nor is Newburgh an anomaly. Once-placid Poughkeepsie, another twenty miles up the Hudson, has a gang problem, too, and trails only Newburgh for violent crime in the state. The FBI estimates that a single gang, the ferocious Mara Salvatrucha, or MS-13, is active in the bedroom communities of Long Island as well as nearly every state. A threat assessment released in 2009 by the National Gang Intelligence Center found that gangs are “migrating” from urban areas to suburban and even rural communities. Statistics indicate that crime is dropping more quickly in our big cities than it is in their environs. One theory, which you’ll hear on the streets of Newburgh, is that New York City cleaned up crime by sweeping it into the surrounding area.


Just recently, however, things have started to look up for Newburgh. Starting with a spectacular raid in May 2010, authorities have indicted over 100 alleged members of the two dominant gangs in town, the Bloods and the Latin Kings. The drug trade has ebbed a bit, and some of Newburgh’s meanest streets are suddenly safe to walk for the first time in years. If the improvements hold, it will be owed, in large measure, to the efforts of an FBI agent named James Gagliano, the head of the Hudson Valley Safe Streets Task Force. “Jimmy Gags is a force of nature,” says Bharara. “That guy deserves an unbelievable amount of credit.”


Gagliano was first dispatched to Newburgh in the spring of 2008, after demoralized city officials implored Albany and Washington to send reinforcements. Imposing and athletic, he has intense blue eyes and a shaved head. He speaks in the quick-fire, fuck-inflected argot of New York law enforcement and has a tendency to lace a monologue with rhetorical questions asked and then answered.

A Question About Taxes

I pay a registration tax on my car.  I pay sales taxes on everything including food.  I pay another tax on my car every year.  I pay house taxes too. I pay school taxes for kids that are stupid. Besides that the lottery was suppose to pay a good hunk of school taxes and it doesn't. I pay all kinds of taxes.  I never complained about any of them because I always figured they all balance out, that I would get something in return for it.  Would someone care to tell me where all my tax dollar are going.  If I had all the tax money I have paid in my life it would be a good retirement fund.  Why don't we all get a statement from the government on exactly where all our tax money is going.

Sarah Palin Would Make A Good President

Sarah Palin is well spoken, well versed, well dressed and a whole lot more.  She would be an excellent representive around the world for America.  She has a beautiful family and a good husband.  She is feminine like a lady should be.  She says a lot about the American Woman today.  She hasn't lost it, like so many have.  She has political know how and did well in Alaska.    I think she could enchant the world.  Most likely this will never be though.  There is now reason to rip her apart, if you are a lady or gentleman.  She has done a good job with her life.  Even if a flaw is found,  I have yet to see anyone perfect.  The ones that most criticize have the worst flaws.  I think we're ready for a lady for president.  Not by the party.  Sarah Palin,  would be just what this country needs in a woman president. 

What The U.S. Government Has to Hide

Ever think about all the things the US government has to hide from the people.  For one thing all the wars the United States are always in.  They people aren't fighting for us, they are fight for the government.  Think about the Viet Nam War.  Little Viet Nam was no threat to the US.  They couldn't do a thing to us.  The government thrives on wars.  They want to kill Americans off.
Another thing President Reagan and President Bush, Sr.  always talked about having a one world order.  The government wants the whole world ruled by one leader, and that will be the last anti-Christ.  It will be Satan his self.
As much as some of you love President Obama, he is pure evil.  He is destroying this nation faster than any other President has.  He is leaving the senior citizens for dead.  He is pictured with little children signing bills, just like Hitler was.  He has hog tied almost everyone into believing he loves America. 
Don't you wonder about all these people who are coming out and killing people all over.  They claim they are hearing voices controlling them.  I believe the government has something to do with those voices these people hear.  See the more the government can stir up the people about gun control the easier it will be to take away the people 2nd amendment.  Even Russia says don't give up your rights to own guns. 
The US government put up more satellite in space than anyone else to spy on people.  Thomas Edison discovered electricity by a bold of lightning hitting the ground.  So don't you think the government can put sounds and voices down to the earth too.  Unfortunately some lunatics get a hold of this technology to use for the selfish and insane ideas too.
Also the government has take away the right for people to work and have good jobs.  President Clinton signed NAFTA which sent millions and millions of jobs over seas.  Hitler did the same thing.  Now I'm seeing my fellow Americans go down the same path blindfolded.
The government has destroyed the family structure.  Now both parents have to be out there working and the children are left at the mercy of the government controlled schools.  They teach them all kind of crap and distort their minds.  The parents don't have time any more to teach their kids what is right.  The school have taught the kids to turn their parents in if they discipline their own kids.
The government rewards teens that get pregnant with a welfare check.  The kids fall right in to the welfare trap and never get anywhere and known anything about the real world.  The government loves the dumb society that is now coming up. They are easier to control.

Birth Defect that never Existed

Do you see all the birth defects around now in the 21st century.  They never existed in the 60's and 70's.  I believe and I am sure it is coming from all the drug users.  Autism was hardly know of years ago.  Even though some people stopped using drugs it affected their genes and as a result you have all these birth defects now.  ADD if it even exist comes from drug users.  You alter your genes when you use drugs.  This is all the results of it.

Crime & Incarsinaton of NYS Teens

Until January Ashley Evans seemed to be defying the odds. Unlike 65 percent of New York City's minority youth, the 18-year-old cheerleader was poised to graduate from August Martin High School this June after four years in the Jamaica, Queens school. Evans would have been one of the estimated 120 students to walk across the stage on graduation day.

But during the early morning hours of Jan. 27, Ashley Evans became part of a new set of statistics. Evans and six others ranging in age from 14 to 23 have been charged in connection with murder of 28-year-old Nicole duFresne on the city’s Lower East Side. Evans is being held at Riker’s Island Correctional Facility facing second-degree murder charges. She is among the black and Hispanic youth who comprise 95 percent of the city’s total juvenile inmates, according to the Correctional Association of New York.

A report issued last year by the Civil Rights Project at Harvard University found that New York State has the worst overall graduation rates for black and Hispanic minority students. While nationwide 50 percent of minority youth graduate within four years, in New York the figure stands at 35 percent. The report also said that due to discrepancies in reporting, the actual drop-out rate may be even higher.

Jason Blonstein, a professor of urban education at Steinhardt, said there are several causes that can explain New York state’s dropout rate. First, he noted that New York City minority students have a tendency to change school districts several times even before they reach high school. “Students who move from school to school, neighborhood to neighborhood, seeing the world through the lens of poverty and its attendant tendencies toward crime and hopelessness” are more likely to lack adult mentors and role models and oftentimes turn to criminal activity or drugs.

“No school reform effort, particularly the lame attempt at uniformity by the New York City system, aimed at cognitive achievement will affect [this issue],” Blonstein said.

He also cited school class size as a factor. More effective schools, he said, must have smaller class sizes and more extracurricular programs “to compete with the opportunities for sloth and escape outside the school.”

Evans likely had class sizes nearing 35 students, the average at August Martin. Her school averages 13 more students per class than New York state’s average of 22 students, according to the National Education Association.

The Center for Civic Innovation reported that more female than male students graduate within four years, 54 percent to 45 percent. In fact, the school enrollment numbers for women have been steadily increasing according to a January 2005 report by the Community Service Society of New York. While male enrollment dropped by 1.2 percent from 1996 to 2003, females in New York City schools increased their enrollment by 7.1 percent.

The Women In Prison Project reported that from 2002 to 2003, the number of female prisoners nationwide rose by 6.3 percent, nearly double the increase by men. Many of these women were, like Evans, of high school age. The National Criminal Reference Service reported that in 2003, 20.4 percent of all females arrested were juveniles.

The Women In Prison Project noted that of among incarcerated women, more than 60 percent lack a high school diploma and only 44 percent can read above an eighth grade level.

 

Halloween Holiday

Halloween is Satan's greatest holiday.  Penna. School is absolutely right in not allowing it to be celebrated.  Do you know how much property is destroyed on Halloween?  Satan glorifies in little children dressing up as witches and ghouls.  It's the calling up of Satan's demons.
Satan is very clever in trapping your little children into thinking it is fun to destroy private property and look ugly.  Also consider the people that put poison in and nails in the candy.  It is truly a Satanic holiday.
Beside that if they don't what Christ in Christmas, then there should be no Halloween.

The War of Armageddon

Armageddon  will be the last and final war on earth.  It will be a glory when Jesus comes with His army out of Heaven to fight this war.  There will be blood running thru the street four foot high.  Demons will be running thru the streets snatching little children to take them to Satan.  It will be a horror that earth has never seen before.  Jesus and his army will fight Satan for one last time.  Jesus of course will win.  After this war is over Jesus will rein on the earth for 1,000 years.  Justice will be done before the sun goes down.  Then Jesus will destroy this earth and create a new earth.  This earth is so filthy the Jesus doesn't want it anymore.
There is more to say about this, but I just can't think of it right now.  Imagine me forgetting something with my great memory.  To be continued.

Jesus Is Well Known

Just think about it.  Jesus didn't have a car to get around in.  He and his apostles walked everywhere.  He only lived to be 33 1/2 years.  Yet everyone in the world knows about Him and His work.  The Bible is the most popular book in the world.  Jesus knew what he was here for.  He knew people had to be saved in order to go to Heaven.  It was destined for his blood to be shed on the cross for all man kind.  There was and is no other way to get to heaven except thru Jesus.  When Jesus was on the cross He said,  "it is done".  By nothing man can do will get him to heaven.

Speaking of Prisioners!!

We have here is the South, something like the chain gang.  Prisoner's work on the roads cleaning up and other things to get time off from their sentence.  One day a bunch of prisoner's were working on the roads.  When it was quitting time the sheriff got them all back in the van to take them back to the prison, all except one.  That one prisoner didn't know where to go.  He walk all the way back to the prison and slept on the stair of the prison all night until some one let him back in.  I'm not kidding we even have honest prisoner's here.

Goodwill Industries are Criminals

Do you know Goodwill Store get a tax exempt for being a charity and they're not.  They don't help anyone.  As a matter of fact they turn down thousands of people who need help.  People give them a lot of great stuff and they don't do a damn thing for anyone.  They even ask for more money when you go to check out.  The Goodwill family are a multi million dollar family.  I shop there all the time because I can afford them, but they help no one.  As a matter of fact they charge too much for all the stuff that is given to them.  I never donate anything to them.  They are crooks.
Goodwill had sheets in there store they got free.  They turned around and charge $50 for the sheet set.
I would rather help Salvation Army than Good will.  Goodwill has a lot of money.  Look at all the stores they build.  They are all brick and really nice.  They also have brand new trucks they go around parking in lots for free and getting donations. 
I'm going to make a joke out of NC Court system.  They made my records public. I was trying to defend myself against a Goodwill Heifer & 2 males grabbed me from behind. One was holing me while the other one felt me up.
Don't be foolish, don't give Good will anything.

A Little Story About Moses

Moses was quite the leader.  God really loved Moses.  When Moses went up to the Mount to get the Ten Commandments for his people he did not see God.  He just saw the Glory of God.  Moses was an honorable man.  God trusted him to give the people his laws.  When Moses came down from the Mount he was furious that the people were building idols to worship and praying to them.  Moses was not violent.  He just couldn't stand for what the people were do to God, after all God did for them.  Moses was a great leader and lived longer than anyone in the 21 century will ever dream of living.  He is now a great Saint of God living in heaven with God.

A Miracle God Did For Me Last Year

Last year a big ugly growth came up on my thigh.  I prayed about it and asked Jesus to give it back to Satan where it came from.  In about a month it fell off my thigh.  I have no scar or any sign of it any more.  Sometimes Doctor Jesus is the best doctor to talk to about things.  He is still the great healer.  This is the truth.  I wouldn't lie about such things.

There have been numerous experiments performed on human test subjects in the United States that have been considered unethical, and were often performed illegally, without the knowledge, consent, or informed consent of the test subjects.

The experiments include: the deliberate infection of people with deadly or debilitating diseases, exposure of people to biological and chemical weapons, human radiation experiments, injection of people with toxic and radioactive chemicals, surgical experiments, interrogation/torture experiments, tests involving mind-altering substances, and a wide variety of others. Many of these tests were performed on children,^[1] the sick, and mentally disabled individuals, often under the guise of "medical treatment". In many of the studies, a large portion of the subjects were poor, racial minorities or prisoners.

Funding for many of the experiments was provided by United States government, especially the Central Intelligence Agency, United States military, or private corporations involved with military activities. The human research programs were usually highly secretive, and in many cases information about them was not released until many years after the studies had been performed.

The ethical, professional, and legal implications of this in the United States medical and scientific community were quite significant, and led to many institutions and policies that attempted to ensure that future human subject research in the United States would be ethical and legal. Public outcry over the discovery of government experiments on human subjects led to numerous congressional investigations and hearings, including the Church Committee, Rockefeller Commission, and Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments, amongst others.

 

Laws In America

You've got your constitution,  you've got your preamble, you've got your Bill of Rights,  you've got Federal laws and you've got state laws and you've got local laws.  None of them are worth a hill of beans.  The hard core murderers and criminals are never going to obey them.  That's leaves a good person like me in the middle of crap with no one to help.  And the crime goes on and on.  The government just drags their asses around and making more laws that are worthless to all of us.

Here Is God At Work Again

Another woman I met had stomach cancer.  The doctors said she didn't have long to live.  Her family is a witness to this too.  She went to church and was anointed with oil like the Bible say to do with the sick.  The whole church and her family prayed for her.  In a months time she went back to the doctor and there was no sign of cancer anywhere in her body.  Praise Jesus.  He is the great healer, too.

There is this little lady Catherine who doesn't live to far away from me.  She had a piece of her lung taken out about 6 years ago.  She is a devote Christian.  She likes to smoke.  So she prayed that her lungs would be okay so she could enjoy her cigarettes.  Not only are her lungs okay.  That piece of her lung grew back within about 7 months.  She praises the Lord all the time and is feeling great.  God loves his people and he always helps them in one way or the other.

Satan Worshipers Of New York State

The worship of Satan was a frequent charge against those charged in the witch trials in Early Modern Europe and other witch-hunts such as the Salem witch trials. Worship of Satan was claimed to take place at the witches' sabbat.^[7] The charge of Satan worship has also been made against groups or individuals regarded with suspicion, such as the Knights Templar, or minority religions.^[8] It is not known to what extent accusations of groups worshiping Satan in the time of the witch trials identified people who did consider themselves Satanists, rather than being the result of religious superstition or mass hysteria, or charges made against individuals suffering from mental illness. Confessions are unreliable, particularly as they were usually obtained under torture.^[9] However, scholar Jeffrey Burton Russell, Professor Emeritus of the University of California at Santa Barbara, has made extensive arguments in his book Witchcraft in the Middle Ages^[10] that not all witch trial records can be dismissed and that there is in fact evidence linking witchcraft to gnostic heresies. Russell comes to this conclusion after having studied the source documents themselves. Individuals involved in the poison affair were accused of Satanism and witchcraft.

Some members of Ordo Flammeus Serpens (OFS), a group that venerates demons, say that they were trained by a traditional family sect, or are generational demonolaters whose religion has been passed down through the family.^[11] Claims such as these are unproven.^[12] Tani Jantsang of Satanic Reds refers to herself as a generational Satanist,^[13] but what she means by that is that her family would have been labelled Satanic by Christianity, although they are in fact “non-Islamic Turko-Tatar”.^[14] Theistic Satanists are inspired by incidences they see as evidence of previous followers of their faith. The concept of Satan may incorporate elements from older religions than Judaism. Ha-satan is the role of one of Yahweh's court, whose duties include testing the faith of humanity; the concept may be derived from a judicial function in Israeli court, similar to a prosecuting attorney.^[15] The Jewish Encyclopedia says that parts of the Old Testament where Satan is seen to act independently of God may have been influenced by Zoroastrianism;^[16] however, the same article states that “The Angelology of the Talmud, moreover, proves that, according to the older view (until about 200 C.E.), punishment was inflicted by angels and not by Satan. In the course of time, however, official Judaism, beginning perhaps with Johanan (d. 279), absorbed the popular concepts of Satan, which doubtless forced their way gradually from the lower classes to the most cultured.”^[17] and that according to later Talmudic tradition about Satan “He is the incarnation of all evil, and his thoughts and activities are devoted to the destruction of man; so that Satan, the impulse to evil (‘yeẓer ha-ra’), and the angel of death are one and the same personality. He descends from heaven and leads astray, then ascends and brings accusations against mankind.”^[17] Historically, Satanist was a pejorative term for those with opinions that differed from predominant religious or moral beliefs.^[18] Paul Tuitean believes the idea of acts of “reverse Christianity” was created by the Inquisition,^[19] but George Battaille believes that inversions of Christian rituals such as the Mass may have existed prior to the descriptions of them which were obtained through the witchcraft trials.^[20]

In the 18th century various kinds of popular “Satanic” literature began to be produced in France, including some well-known grimoires with instructions for making a pact with the Devil. The Marquis de Sade describes defiling crucifixes and other holy objects, and in Justine gives a fictional account of the Black Mass,^[21] although Ronald Hayman has said Sade's need for blasphemy was an emotional reaction and rebellion from which Sade moved on, seeking to develop a more reasoned atheistic philosophy.^[22] In the 19th century, Eliphas Levi published his French books of the occult, and in 1855 produced his well-known drawing of the Baphomet which continues to be used by some Satanists today (for example the sigil of Baphomet). Finally, in 1891, Joris-Karl Huysmans published his Satanic novel, Là-bas, which included a detailed description of a Black Mass which he may have known first-hand was being performed in Paris at the time,^[23] or the account may have been based on the masses carried out by Étienne Guibourg, rather than by Huysmans attending himself.^[24] Quotations from Huysmans' Black Mass are also used in some Satanic rituals to this day since it is one of the few sources that purports to describe the words used in a Black Mass. The type of Satanism described in Là-Bas suggests that prayers are said to the Devil, hosts are stolen from the Catholic Church, and sexual acts are combined with Roman Catholic altar objects and rituals, to produce a variety of Satanism which exalts the Devil and degrades the God of Christianity by inverting Roman Catholic rites. George Bataille claims that Huysman's description of the Black Mass is “indisputably authentic”.^[20] Not all theistic Satanists today routinely perform the Black Mass, possibly because the mass is not a part of modern evangelical Christianity in Protestant countries^[25] and so not such an unintentional influence on Satanist practices in those countries.

Michael Aquino published a rare 1970 text of a Church of Satan black mass, the Missa Solemnis, in his book The Church of Satan,^[26] and Anton LaVey included a different Church of Satan black mass, the Messe Noire, in his 1972 book The Satanic Rituals. LaVey's books on Satanism, which began in the 1960s, were for a long time the few available which advertised themselves as being Satanic, although others detailed the history of witchcraft and Satanism, such as The Black Arts by Richard Cavendish published in 1967 and the classic French work Satanism and Witchcraft, by Jules Michelet. Anton LaVey specifically denounced “devil worshippers” and the idea of praying to Satan.

Aggrawal has discussed extensively on laws against zoophilia.^[22] It is permitted in a few countries, such as Sweden and Denmark, although ordinary animal treatment laws apply. In other countries, such as Russia, bestiality is legal, but zoophilia pornography is illegal.

There are also commonly laws against forcing another person to engage in zoophilia activity, especially minors (usually considered equivalent to rape), and laws related to exposing others (either non-consensually or minors) to the sight of a sexual act. In some jurisdictions, laws against zoophilia conduct also include provisions for seizure of animals where convicted.

Sexual handling of an animal for the purposes of veterinary practice, or animal husbandry (breeding), is normally exempted where such laws exist. In public discussion for the recently passed Oregon law, however, one animal shelter's spokesperson wanted the husbandry exemption kept out, as he was concerned that someone might use these "accepted farming practices" as a legal loophole to then have (legal) sexual contact with an animal only for personal enjoyment. One of the legislators responded by asking if they were trying to outlaw an act (of sexual contact), or a state of mind. The veterinary and husbandry exemption was left out of Oregon's law in the final, enacted version.

New Yorkers practice this quite often.  They are too ashamed to tell anyone but I have seen New Yorkers do it.

Serial Killers of New York State

Look at where most of the serial killers are found.  Long Island serial Killer still not found.  Then there is Gary Evans and David Berkowitz and Joel Rifkin.  All serial killer were white men except for one man that was black.  And there is one woman serial killer.  Most of them are from New York State.
Did you know that all the serial killer had a spouse, children and held jobs for 20 to 30 years.  But yet they are cold blood killers.
I don't know why the new York police don't use a mind reader to help them catch the Long Island serial killer.  Those cops are  big believers in mind readers.

There is No Logical Reason for Wars

People are strange.  They can't comprehend the simplest things.  They have to complicate matters.  If everyone would mind their own business and go about their own lives there would be no wars.  You don't see China always starting and getting into wars.  On the other hand America is always getting into wars.  Has it made the USA a super power.  No, as a matter of fact America has more problems than it can handle.
People want to control other people all the time.  It gets them no where.  Then when it's time to have a war, the resources are not available.  Look at what America has become.  A war monger nation.  Now when America is in trouble, it can handle it quickly and efficiently.
Another thing.  The American government is so paranoid it spies on it's own people.  What kind of crap is that?  If people can't grasp the simplest things, how will they ever deal with the complicated things.
Well, no way is this a great world.

Mind Control With Satellites

In an excerpt from an article entitled “Pentagon Research to Beam “Voices” Into Your Head by Sharon Weinberger, Washington Post, January 15, 2007. Ms. Weinberger writes:

 

These weapons are also called “psychotropic weapons” (psychological electronic) another common term for mind control technology.

 

In 2002, the Air Force Research Laboratory patented technology using microwave to send words into someone’s head. In response to a Freedom of Information Act request field for this article, the Air Force released unclassified documents surrounding the patent. Records that state that the patent was based on human experimentation in October 1994 at the Air Force lab, where scientist were able to transmit phrases, into the heads of human subjects, although marginally intelligibility. Research appeared to continue at least through 2002. Where this work has gone since is unclear - the research laboratory citing classification, refused to discuss it or release other materials.

 

The official U.S. Air Force position is that there are no non thermal effects of microwaves. Yet Dennis Bushnell, Chief Scientist at NASA’s Langley Research Center, tagged microwave attacks against the human brain as part of future warfare in a 2001 presentation to the National Defense Industrial Association about “Future Strategic Issues.”

 

Meanwhile, the military’s use of weapons that employ electromagnetic radiation to create pain is well-known. As are some of the limitations of such weapons. In 2001, the Pentagon declassified elements of this research: The Active Denial System, a weapon that uses electromagnetic radiation to heat skin and create an intense burning sensation.

So, yes, there is technology designed to bear painful invisible rays at humans, but the weapons seems to fall far short of what could account for what many Targeted Individual’s symptoms. While its exact range is classified, Doug Beason, an expert in directed energy weapons, puts it at about 700 meters, and the beam cannot penetrate a number of materials such as aluminum. Considering the size of the full-scale weapon, which resembles a satellite dish, and its operational limitations, the ability of the government or anyone else to shower beams at hundreds of people - on city streets, into their homes and while they travel in cars and planes is beyond improbable.

Perhaps one of the most heinous uses of the technology is to arouse or sexually stimulate a target.  Those that are manning the technology, pervertly, ruthlessly, seem to take great joy and pleasure with targeting both men and women in this manner, although specifically women who are 70% of those currently being targeted.  They then are not above manipulating the appearance of a chance meeting, giving a false name, and trying to materialized their sexual fantasies.  This writer is a witness to this unethical behavior and the acts of these predators, who are so immoral, that they think nothing of using their trusted positions to prey on others for their personal sexual gratification.  This, if for any other reason, literally screams for the imperative need for monitoring of those entrusted with the technology to insure that it is used ethically, morally and not as a tool to abuse others or take advantage of the unsuspecting.

Is this what was in mind when the technology was entrusted to them?  I must believe that it was entrusted to them to be used professionally and ethically.  However, the technology in the hands of those lacking integrity, self control, and decency, consistently has proven to be a source for these people to practice criminal behavior in the name of the law.    Not everyone is going to be happy about being targeted in such an animal way.  After they realize that you are not playing along, and will bravely expose their sexually deviant behavior, my experience has shown that they then resort, as cowards, and bullies, to death threats, thus fearing the public knowing about their disgraceful behavior?  The nature of the technology allows this due to its covert, secret nature, inside a person's home and out.  Below is a website that shows that testing for these now advanced technology begin as far back as the 1930's. 

NOTE:  The subliminal technology, again, in my opinion is the most heinous, abusive, and unethical technology of all.  In the hands of self serving law enforcement, who are egotistically, results orientated no matter what, right or wrong, or after investing time and energy into a situation that is fruitless, it can and is used to manipulate psychologically their desired result while sleeping.  This is immoral at the highest level.  Also, personal, unprofessional mentalities are prevalant and if they do not like you or perceive you as a challenge to them, they will, maliciously use the technology to literally mind rape a person by repetitive suggestions then sit waiting to trigger what ever suggestions they are planting.  The technology currently is all over the place, used also by civilians, and now being used in the same way that people have sought help in such area as to quit smoking, etc..  This technology in the hands of unscrupulous law enforcement, or anyone, is nothing short of criminal.  The hope is in the knowledge of its existence, use and capabilities which allows the conscious mind to recognize and adjusts.  Knowledge is the key.
 

  Conclusion

The combined use of these technologies enables remote torture and interrogation. (Memories are triggered by neurophone questioning and the brain wave analysers deliver the answers). Any nebulous arguments about US national security and the need for classified research on human subjects speak for themselves. (The writer has a copy of a White House internal memo, signed by Bill Clinton on these matters).

 

Remember that in the past CIA mind control experiments have involved LSD as well as electro-shock treatment.

 

The MK Ultra (Mind Control) program itself is infamous as are the instances where implants have been detected by X-Ray etc. Also there are those experimented on under the the cover of 'Alien visits'. Today, Neurophone and mind reading technologies are at the forefront of similar programs. In many ways these new technologies are an even more sinister means of conducting illegal human experiments.

 

Colonel John Alexander, advising head of NATO'S non-lethal weapon initiative, is the main proponent of these technologies. He favours all manner of devices which can, from a distance, induce illnesses, read minds and covertly harass innocent targets. If he could he would implant a microchip in each newborn child and initiate a mind control programme designed to brainwash the entire planet or at least those not fully in tune with their New World Order. Even to entertain such a thought is criminally insane yet he has said such things in public. In fact Scientific American magazine and the major Scandinavian newspaper, Helsingen Sanomat, have suggested all people will be implanted with a DNA microchip in the future. E.g Prince William has already been implanted (for "location" purposes?) while some U.S Military/Agency personnel, including NASA astronauts, have been implanted so as to study their thoughts/emotions etc. Think of the possibilities for robotics and cloning in the future.

 

Remember, these technologies (developed for times of war / terrorism) are (post cold war) being used today on lobbyists, intellectual dissenters and peaceful activists; to discredit and silence them. (So much for democracy.) Notably different methods are often used on different victims within a certain area (city) so as to avoid providing a pattern for investigators to observe. This also provides a cross section of political targets for their experimental programs.

 

It is also noteworthy that some of the victims are ex-agency / military personnel who have rebelled or tried to blow the whistle on corrupt practices within these organisations. Some of these report that not only have the thoughts and emotions of millions of targets been catalogued by military/intelligence agencies but all such agencies have political/mafia/media links due to both infiltration and association. Many of the actual monitors/harassers are also recruited from the worst possible sources.

These people also report that experiments in controlling voters by these remote methods were tried in Haiti, Bosnia etc AND that in 1994, the U.S D.O.D proposed using such technology on all individuals opposing their views(and competitors etc). The DIA would know.

 

N.B. These technologies are invariably used in conjuction with satellite (audio / visual) surveillance; creating the effect of an electronic POW concentration camp. Mental rape is only one of the many crimes committed in this mobile environment. E.g scientists, writers, political/military leaders etc can have their intellectual property stolen at the source. Without doubt the computers store and analyse the intelligence gathered by surveillance/harassment technologies. Their vast memories allow detailed studies of how the human mind works so as to learn how to influence and/or control people. Duplicating these processes for robotics and other artificial intelligence purposes is another sinister goal.

 

The US and other world governments are guilty of fostering gross human rights abuses by using these methods. Their covert operators can now do their worst without fear of detection. The cost is justified by the control gained and the experimental results achieved. Of course, (as with the space program and military expenditures in general) the funds used could be better spent solving real problems like hunger, disease, poverty and crime.

 

Recommendations

	Agencies such as the CIA, ASIS and ASIO should be accountable to appropriately selected committees etc.
	Military units, like Australia's DSD and the U.S. DIA, should not have the right to access satellite (or other) technologies to spy on or harass law-abiding citizens; especially in their own country. Equally they should not assist foreign governments with 'Big Brother' systems like Echelon, except where assisting with law enforcement activities (which they do not).
	Federal Police should be able to access oscillating scanners and EEG machines like SQUID (Superconductor Quantum Interface Detector) through the defence department or appropriate facilities. These can detect the relevant frequencies and this provides proof.
	There needs to be a United Nations Satellite Committee to oversee developments in satellite technology from a humanitarian perspective.
	UN weapons inspectors should include non-lethal weapons and satellite weaponry on their checklists.
	The International Criminal Court should deny veto rights to the US government. The threat of class actions against US government departments may then lead to the end of these atrocities.

 

On a positive note...

(i) Pres. Clinton has issued a memo promising greater protection for human subjects of classified research. (The memos very existence is an admission of guilt).

(ii) Sen. John Glenn introduced a bill (22/1/97) called The Human Research Subject Protection Act. (And he'd know how necessary that is).

(iii) The European Parliament recently passed resolutions calling for a world convention to ban all weapons used for human experimentation/manipulation. (see Resolution on the environment security and foreign policy A4 - 0005/99, Jan 28th, 1999.EP1159). The European Parliament also called for a convention introducing a global ban on any weaponry enabling manipulation of human beings. The International Committee of the Red Cross also expressed its concerns in July '94.

 

(iv) UNIDIR (The United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research) has issued a media guide to disarmament esp. re weapons of mass destruction. Non-lethal weapons are listed and the list includes mind control weapons. Resolutions, treaties, international conventions/laws must quickly be introduced to bridge the gap between rapidly advancing (and usually 'classified') technologies and inadequate laws. UN weapons inspectors should then seek access to government (et al) facilities (worldwide - including the U.S.) to eradicate these evil weapons.

 

(V.) ON 28TH DECEMBER 2003 THE MICHIGAN GOVERNOR SIGNED PUBLIC ACTS 256 AND 257 (EFFECTIVE 1/1/04). THESE OUTLAW THE USE OF ANY EM WEAPON ON ANYONE. PENALTY - 15 YEARS-LIFE.

 

However these are only promises recognising the problem. None have yet bore fruit. The use of most "non-lethal" weapons contravenes the spirit of all privacy laws and criminal codes as well as every relevant code and convention in play internationally; including The Declaration of Human Rights. The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. The Geneva Convention and The Nuremberg Code. The perpetrators are guilty of crimes against humanity. Those supporting them are engaging in class warfare of the worst kind.
