Help is On the Way, If You Want It!!

No one should be ashamed in getting help when they need it.  It is a responsible person who gets help when a person realizes they need help.  The mind and body go together.  If you need mental help you probably need help for your body too.  Get help when needed.  Whether its abuse, rape, anxiety, depression, death in the family, war related, etc.  get help for yourself.  People are still ignorant about mental health.  There are millions of people who need mental health help.  A lot of people won't go for the help because even in 2015 there is a stigma attached to getting mental health help.  Would people rather a person suffer than get help?  When the mind suffers the body also suffers.  There can be a number of related illnesses attached to all these health problems. Don't make a person suffer more by out casting them.  Be there for these people.  They are human too.
A lot more is known now about PDSD, Bio Polar and other mental illnesses but not enough.  Sometimes the patient can have some valuable input to the problem.
Solutions:  Make a new friend.  Be friends with someone that needs help.  They won't bite. 
Laughter is good medicine.  Have fun.  Find people who want to have fun with you.  Be with people that are upbeat.  Don't hanging around with people who are gloom and doom.
Take up some hobbies.  Find things you like to do.  Maybe write a book.  Take a walk in the park.  Join clubs where you can make friends.  Treat yourself to lunch out somewhere nice. 
Find a good church, synagogue or spiritual place to go.  God loves you no matter what happens.
